At Raising Hope Designs we can create a range of gifts for different occasions, including Birthdays, Christmas, Fathers Day and Mothers Day. We also have personalised products available for the kids when they are ready to start school and products that can be used every day.

Frequently Asked Questions
As we are only a small business and we do not currently have a warehouse, some of the products will need to be ordered in before we can customise. When ordering, this can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. However, once we have recieved your product, we have the personalisation added within 48 hours. If we have the product in stock, we aim to have them completed within 2 – 5 days.
When you go through the checkout, you will see a place for “notes”. You can add your required name here. If you forget to do so and realise, you can send us an email at raisinghopedesigns@gmail.com. If we receive the order without a name, we will be in contact with you ASAP to confirm the required personalisation details.
Depending on the product, personalisation is added in either permanent or heat transfer vinyl. We create the design and send it through for approval before cutting and adding vinyl to ensure we have everything perfect just for you.
There are many font options to choose from and we know not everyone has the same taste so we will send you through 5 – 10 font options for you to choose from so you can choose the right font for you. Alternatively, if you have a particular font you like, you can let us know and we will see if we can get that font or something very similar.

We currently do not have the ability to laser cut wood.
