Candles and wax melts are a beautiful gift for friends, family or even to yourself. All of our candles are personally made and hand-poured using high quality natural soy wax and fragrant oils. The wax and fragrance are measured carefully to ensure you get an amazing scent every time.

Personalised Orders - Frequently Asked Questions

As we are only a small business and we do not currently have a warehouse, some of the products will need to be ordered in before we can customise. When ordering, this can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. However, once we have recieved your product, we have the personalisation added within 48 hours. If we have the product in stock, we aim to have them completed within 2 – 5 days. 

When you go through the checkout, you will see a place for “notes”. You can add your required name here. If you forget to do so and realise, you can send us an email at raisinghopedesigns@gmail.com. If we receive the order without a name, we will be in contact with you ASAP to confirm the required personalisation details. 

 

Personalisation is added in either permanent vinyl. 

There are many font options to choose from and we know not everyone has the same taste so we will send you through 5 – 10 font options for you to choose from so you can choose the right font for you. Alternatively, if you have a particular font you like, you can let us know and we will see if we can get that font or something very similar. 

If you live local in the Richmond / Windsor NSW area, we are happy deliver or arrange a pick up in a location that works for both yourself and us. If you are outside this area, we can arrange pick up from either this Richmond / Windsor area or from Grose Wold NSW. All other orders will be mailed via Australia Post standard post. If express post is required, let us know and we will price it up and let you know the extra cost.
